Welcome to Here For You! By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. ABOUT HERE FOR YOU

Here For You provides emotional support services, including:

  • One-on-one emotional support sessions (virtual or in-person where available).

  • Body-doubling assistance for productivity and "adulting" tasks.

  • Accompaniment to appointments.

  • Personalized gift boxes tailored to client preferences.

Our services are designed for support and companionship but are not a replacement for professional therapy, medical treatment, or legal consultation.

 

2. ELIGIBILITY

  • Clients must be 18 years or older to book services.

  • Clients must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

  • Services are not available to individuals in crisis requiring emergency intervention. If you are in immediate distress, please contact emergency services or a crisis hotline.

 

3. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

3.1 Booking Process

  • Sessions must be scheduled in advance via our website or designated contact method.

  • Some services may require completion of an intake form to ensure personalization.

  • Availability is subject to change, and bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

3.2 Payment Methods

  • Payments must be made in advance via [list payment methods: credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.].

  • Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled.

  • Gift boxes must be paid for at the time of order placement.

3.3 Cancellations and Refunds

  • Client cancellations require 24-hour notice for a full credit toward a future session.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session are non-refundable.

  • Here For You reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or rescheduled session.

  • Subscription plans can be canceled at any time, but refunds are not available for partially used billing cycles.

 

4. SCOPE OF SERVICES AND LIMITATIONS

  • Here For You offers emotional support, not medical, psychological, or legal advice.

  • We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any conditions.

  • We are not liable for any decisions or actions a client takes based on our support sessions.

  • In-person services are subject to location availability and safety considerations.

4.1 In-Person Physical Support Policy

  • Physical support is available as part of in-person sessions.

  • Acceptable physical contact includes:

    • Hugging with hands on the back only.

    • Touching of arms, hands, backs, and shoulders.

Any attempt at inappropriate, intimate, or sexual contact will result in immediate termination of services and a permanent ban from future services. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

 

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when booking services.

  • Communicate any needs or accommodations in advance.

  • Treat staff with respect. Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or abusive conduct will result in service termination without a refund.

 

6. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY

  • All client information is treated confidentially. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

  • Confidentiality may be broken if required by law (e.g., harm to self or others, legal subpoenas).

 

7. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

  • Here For You is not liable for any emotional, financial, or personal decisions made based on our services.

  • We are not responsible for third-party recommendations or services not directly provided by us.

  • In-person services are provided at the client’s own risk.

 

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Oregon.
